Large bathroom radiator had fallen off its hinges Great service with Flow Plumbing. Mitch was quick to pick the job up, contact me and send out Lewis to fix my radiator. Job was done on time, quickly but properly, and cleaned up all the dust and muck afterwards. Lewis was very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely use again!

Highly recommended, best plumbing experience in Cardiff Recommended by a friend. Installed a new radiator in a previously unheated part of the house. Really tidy job, wouldn't have known they had been there unless the radiator hadn't been put in! Excellent communication and very flexible when our plan changes. Very fair price with a quote delivered really quickly. Despite being a relatively small job I still felt that we were scheduled in quickly and dealt with fairly, which hasn't always been my experience with others! Would very strongly recommend

Couldn't have asked for better After my 20 year old boiler finally stopped working on Wednesday morning, i contacted Flow having been impressed with them before. They managed to get to me that morning, quote for a new boiler (very reasonably) and move things around to fit on Friday. Plumber was with us as promised at 7.30am and worked solidly until the job was done. Extremely professional, considerate and pleasant. Will be using Flow again and have recommended to family members. Fix a leak in bathroom which was affecting ceiling of room below Mitch tasked one of his team to attend as an emergency and sorted the issue which was due to poor plumbing undertaken by a builder when doing a conversion to our property some years ago.
